‘Insurgent’ Trailer Release Date Confirmed. ‘Four: A Divergent Collection’ Might Get a Movie

Amazing news for us Initiates! We had previously reported that the Insurgent trailer was confirmed to air alongside “Mockingjay – Part 1” on November 21st, but what we didn’t know then is that Lionsgate CEO, Feltheimer, has also teased about a potential additional movie based on “Four: A Divergent Collection”.

Not only do “Divergent” fans have a trailer to look forward to, Feltheimer also teased a potential fifth film based on “Divergent” author Veronica Roth’s newly released, bestselling book Four: A Divergent Collection.” “We certainly hope so,”Feltheimer said of a potential fifth installment, which would delve into lead male character Tobias Eaton/Four’s future in the Divergent faction hierarchy. Lions Gate previously confirmed an adaption of Roth’s third book Allegiant” will be split into two parts with March 2016 and March 2017 release dates.

No mention of whether this would be a role that Theo James will play. Since “Four: A Divergent Collection” is essentially about Four’s younger self, I suspect that by the end of Allegiant Pt 2, it might become a challenge to make Theo look younger, but we shall wait and see. Personally, I would be more inclined to run to the movie theater to buy my ticket, if Four was played by Theo on this 5th movie. What do you think? Will Theo still be able to play a younger Four in a 5th Divergent movie?
